Terms of service

1. Service and operator
These terms describe use of the current free SCORESIST website operated by SCORESIST SPORT COMMUNITY LLC, 2001 L ST NW, Washington, DC 20036, USA. Contact: support@scoresist.com. SCORESIST provides sports scores, fixtures, results, standings and related information. An account is free and optional. Advertising, subscriptions and in-app purchases are not active in this public web release. Any future paid offer will state its price and separate conditions before purchase.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for people aged 13 and over. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian's authorization for your use or for entering an agreement, obtain it. An age statement does not replace applicable protections for minors.
3. Sports information
Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. A pending synchronization, an empty provider response and unsupported coverage are different situations. Live or calculated standings can be provisional. SCORESIST is not an official competition organizer, betting service or source of financial advice. Do not rely on it as the sole source for consequential decisions; check the relevant official source where accuracy matters.
4. Permitted use
You may use the public interface for lawful personal sports-information purposes. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls or request limits, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, or misrepresent yourself as SCORESIST. Automated extraction or commercial redistribution is not authorized merely because information is visible, except where a mandatory legal right permits it or you have the necessary permission. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
5. Your account
You can use SCORESIST without an account. If you create one with Google sign-in, keep access to your Google account secure, and tell us at support@scoresist.com if you think someone else is using your SCORESIST account. Your nickname must not impersonate another person or organization, insult or harass anyone, contain offensive language, or look like an official SCORESIST, league, club or athlete account. If a nickname breaks these rules, we may reset it or, in serious or repeated cases, suspend the account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account.
6. Community chat
Signed-in members aged 13 and over can read the chats of matches and leagues; writing also requires a nickname and accepting the community rules once. Messages and match reactions are visible to every signed-in member, are not private, and are deleted within 24 hours; a match chat opens 2 hours before the start and closes after the match. Do not post insults, harassment, hate speech, threats or calls to violence, sexual content, other people's personal information (including phone numbers and email addresses), links, advertising, spam, betting promotion, content that impersonates someone else, or anything unlawful. Messages pass an automatic filter before they are published, and a message reported by three different members is hidden automatically until it is reviewed. A moderator reviews reports and can restore or remove messages and suspend a member from chat for 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or permanently; serious or repeated breaches, or opening a new account to get around a chat ban, can lead to the account being closed. You can report messages and block members in the chat, and see the outcome of your reports under Account → My chat reports. When we act against your message or account, the app shows the reason and, for a ban, when it ends; you can object by writing to support@scoresist.com. You are responsible for your messages and allow SCORESIST to show them in the service for as long as they are kept. We do not review every message before it appears and have no general obligation to monitor the chat.
7. Content and third-party rights
SCORESIST branding and software, and third-party data, trademarks, logos, photographs and videos, remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Display does not imply endorsement by a league, club, athlete, data provider, video channel or YouTube. These terms do not grant ownership of third-party material. Match videos belong to their owners and play through YouTube; SCORESIST does not host them, and YouTube or the channel can remove or restrict them at any time. By using the video features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Contact us with a specific rights concern and the relevant page or item. Public sharing links point to sports content; avoid including private information when sharing.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free sports data. Maintenance, provider outages and corrections may affect availability. Responsibility for loss is determined by applicable law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health where protected by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
9. Privacy and storage
Our privacy notice and cookies/device-storage notice explain processing and available controls. Reading these terms or browsing the service does not constitute consent to optional tracking. If a later feature requires agreement to additional terms or a privacy choice, it will be presented separately before use where required.
10. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law and will publish the revised date. Material changes requiring your agreement will be presented appropriately; publication alone is not treated as consent to new optional processing. These terms do not impose exclusive US jurisdiction or remove protections and court rights that apply to you under mandatory law. English and Turkish versions are provided for understanding the same service; contact support@scoresist.com if wording appears inconsistent or you need help.
